Sapuskaa! -Group

Are you interested in cooking? It's more fun together!

Come and make healthy and delicious food from food waste with our Sapuskaa! group! The Sapuskaa! group organises cooking courses, pop-up days, and is responsible for the cafe operations at Manna-talo.

Group outings

The group organises trips and outings to nature and cultural sites in Espoo and the Helsinki metropolitan area. Several trips are made annually to Nuuksio National Park. Watch this video that was filmed during our trip to Haukkalampi!

Waste Food Restaurant MANNA

Every Wednesday, an ecological customer lunch is served at the Waste Food Restaurant MANNA from 13:00 to 14:00 (food sales end at 1:45 PM).

Our skilled chefs create delicious meals from ingredients that have come from grocery stores and producers as food waste. The lunch includes salad and bread, a warm main course and a beverage, dessert, and coffee or tea. By enjoying lunch at the Waste Food Restaurant MANNA, you are also performing an eco-deed by reducing food waste.

The lunch's price is €3 and can be paid with cash on site or with MobilePay to the number 40156.
